The lower section of Allen Rd is in bad need of repair with huge depressions and cracks that run parallel to direction of travel, making it very unsafe since this can cause abrupt changes in directions, which combined with the near total lack of markings could cause a head-on collision or going off the roadway. I posted this in May 2016 and got a boiler-plate answer about paving contracts being negotiated etc. The result of pointing out this super dangerous situation was that a shovel-full of asphalt got dumped into one of the cracks, which has not appreciably helped. Allen Rd is such a widely used thoroughfare – spend some time on it!
