Good morning and thank you for reporting this sidewalk issue. The area has been coned off and we are in the process of notifying the property owner. Property owners are responsible for maintenance of sidewalks abutting their property. The City's sidewalk program is managed through the Capital Improvements Division by Sal Rodriguez at 779-6128, srodriguez@ci.antioch.ca.us
