Good morning. This concern is out of my direct jurisdiction in Recreation and Parks Department but I can share some information on bamboo control. I did drive by the Dundee Road location yesterday and noticed that this bamboo patch appears still somewhat small at present along the road, but likely to spread quickly on the privately owned lot(s) and beyond. The Maryland Invasive Species Council released this information page containing information on bamboo and it's control. The contact listed is the County Forester Bud Reaves at Public Works who provides additional outreach and expertise regarding invasive species control County-wide. I hope this is of help.
