Description

Drug activity going on between the bank on Henry Street and Vandeusen Street.. Two young men on small bikes going up and down Vandeusen selling drugs and an older Hispanic man wearing all black with a gray trim jacket running the drugs to cars and people.. Activity started around 11 pm. Also runners going between Henry Bank and Vandeusen and sell drugs.. need more police to watch this area.. behind bank where the sidewalk is..
