Description
NW 20th street is being used as shortcut by commuters, speeding through while children, our handicapped neighbors, and the elderly residents of the Home at the corner of Powerline and NW20st trying to get to the bus stop across the street,.
The neighbor at the corner of NW11th ave and NW20St has had his car totaled (twice) by an out of control speeder.
We hope the city and DOT do something before somebody gets killed. Speed humps would be a great improvement for the safety.
Powerline new traffic pattern implemented recently (reducing from 3 to 2 lanes) has made things even worse. As traffic build up at the light during peak hours (13th street, and Powerline).
Of course all these friendly drivers take advantage of the scenery to dump their garbage.

Why don't we get the same treatment as other Fort Lauderdale communities. Coral Ridge, etc...Are we just a ghetto? Starting to look like it,
