Hello,
What is the ETA to have this started? I registered the issue on April 25. I have provided location, pictures and even a video.
This has turned into a trip hazard. Citizens can't pass each other on this trail as you have to stop in the middle of walking, running or biking to let the other person pass.
Please fix ASAP.
The City of Alameda has been put on legal notice about this issue.
