I 40 dispatched to the address to investigate a 311 complaint regarding plumbing without permits. At the time of the investigation, I 40 went to the address provided and walked the shopping center with the same address, but different suites. On site visit I 40 I 40 spoke to the store manager (suite 100) who noted that no plumbing or any un-permitted work was taking place at the store. (Suite 200) was also checked and access was granted by the laundry manager who noted a city inspector was checking the traps, but that no plumbing was done at the place without permits. I 40 then went to (Suite 300 Frenchy?s Chicken) and spoke to the owner who noted that a city environmental inspector came a few days ago and that they were checking the grease traps and that after doing the dye in the restrooms, they found out that the lady?s restroom was connected to the grease trap and now they have it closed (out of service) until they get a plumber to get the permit to fix it. He then was advised to make sure that the plumbing permit is purchased before starting any plumbing work, he was able to understand. On this day the rest of the businesses were checked for any un-permitted work, but no un-permitted work was found. This 311 task is now closed.
