Still a mess. While someone came by and did a bunch of work at 10pm at night to board up and protect his investment the the place is still a mess.

Thank-you for the update. When the property owner was advised initially they were given 10 business days to comply. The bylaw officer will be given this update. For your information the property is due for follow-up inspection Wed. May 17th.
