There are so many potholes that keep reoccurring in the same places, there are many streets in Highland Park that need to be repaved instead of temporarily patched up all the time.

The streets and alleys in Highland Park and the surrounding neighborhoods look like the surface of the moon. The previous commenter is right. The streets need to be fixed properly and soon.
