Hoarders, The yard conditions are horrible. Renters have trash, junk, debris. They have been asked if they could to clean up the property. However to no avail nothing has it been done. Daily more junk appears. Some evenings they are burning something in the yards, has a chemical like smell. I and my neighbors feel this is a breeding ground for rodents, which we are not trying to have. This truly is an eyesore for anyone visiting the neighbor’s. Will someone please intervene? We appreciate your help!
