How typical... and unbelievable... it's easily removed two seconds and by taking the bags out of the pail. I haven't seen a tag and second of all for all the taxes I pay I'm not buying anything else.

A Supervisor was at the location provided in order to rectify this matter in which the bags were removed in order for you, the resident, not have to deal with the same garbage for another week.
