Overgrown weeds

Has this issue been resolved?(dj)

No, it still looks abandoned and in disrepair. The island in the middle of the yard has 18" to 30" grass and weeds growing. The sidewalks haven't been edged in years. The guy or girl drives an expensive lexus or infiniti car so they are not hard up for money to have it mowed.

I just spoke with Code Enforcement regarding this property. Thank you for your patience and continued diligence to better our neighborhoods. (dj)

Code enforcement still has not done anything. It's the middle of the winter and somehow this is the only lawn in the Central time zone to have tall grass. It is dormant but the tree circle in his lawn is completely overgrown and the sidewalk is overgrown. The fence is dilapidated with vicious dogs breaking through the fence and snarling at anyone who walks by. The house is right in front of a bus stop.
