call the police.

I am a local and there were a bunch of LOCAL volunteers who spent hours on earth day cleaning up. not only locals use that park. If you see something at night call police. if you see something during the day call the police. The city and police are working diligently in our parks. don't pass it up pick it up.

Police said months ago that there is nothing they can do. He legally lives on the boat.

I've been calling the police for years.. does nothing. Just give up. St.ptete sucks. We don't make enough tax revenue here! I'm working on moving away.
