All throughout the day, but noticeably when I am trying to enter or leave the yard at 750 - 50th Avenue (Keep Oakland Clean & Beautiful). This is just one of the four vehicles I was able to capture parking in this no parking zone. I was unable to capture the vehicle that actually belongs to our neighbor across the street that was parked here today, due to a phone malfunction.
