The area is currently tough to get into with the Construction, but will see what we can do. I greatly appreciate your concerns and letting us know.

We have also notified MPD to Monitor the area at Night .

In terms of the resolution is a trash can going in? Currently there is no trash can

Is there a time that I can meet you at the location to discuss your concerns ? I'm hesitant to put a barrel there as it almost encourages the activities currently going on. The area is tough to access right now and maintain with construction of Bridge.
