Multiple homeowners have complete disregard for the posted city ordinance regarding shoreline. Houses at the end of Dunbury Circle and in the 18300-18400 block of Duluth Street have partially or completely cleared the shoreline of all trees and native plants, some are dumping yard waste and one has even added sand for a 'beach'! Aweful.
