I first Reported this months ago. At the time, I did not see any sign of Homeless people , just a bunch of junk. Now there are at least 2, maybe 3 people regularly camping here. Yesterday, I was on my bike on the way to the Bart station and noticed a guy with a sizeable wound on his leg. A few moments later, he appeared on his bike right next to me and said something really rude and gross. I don't want to be afraid to walk or bike in my neighborhood. Please do something about this.
