This has really gotten out of hand in the last couple of years. I'm not talking about the ordinary noise of a passing motorcycle or two. These sound modified and the riders rev them. I hear them around Lark, Madison, Willett between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. almost every night in the warmer months.
