Q. What is your area of concern?

Q. Why is this a concern?
A. I've been at this intersection 15 minutes now watching 2 cars at a time go. Light for st Emanuel was green not even 5 full seconds!! Why has nobody fixed this after so many reports? I've even called 311 phone. Please look at picture of unnecessary gridlock commuters face here because of the St Emanuel light.

Work Order Completed in Infor by 135420 on 2017-05-04T14:43:33.000-05:00 with comments - Intersection is frequently interrupted by the passing of the Metro Light Rail. Adjusted signal timing to attempt to help reduce delay. Back-up on St. Emanuel is also caused because the majority of the traffic heads south bound and there is a stop sign 1 block south of the intersection.
