Description

Dog bag dispensers at both East and west end of greenway are empty. These plastic units are constantly broken with the locks at the bottom inoperable and unable to hold the boxes of bags in....that is when there are bags. The boxes have been duct taped to no avail, they keep falling apart! The metal unit at the rain garden park clearly performs better. Replace these with metal ones....please.
