Description
The resident has built a fence again on the back of her condo...
This was previously reported and she removed the fence so the city would close the case, however it appears that she has no regard for the law. The fence and deck in not allowed per condo rules, she is also storing her gas grill. that is also not allowed per the law and condo rules. Please make an example and force her to remove the fence and fine her.

Sad to say this is common behavior for those reported for violations, seen several people reported multiple times iver the course of a year or so and they rush to fix everything to close the case and within a month from last incident they are right back at the same things that got them reported in the first place.
What city needs to do is put up a system or such like 1st time yoyr reported is a warning, 2nd time your reported for samr thing the penalties get worse, 3rd time and beyond are all instant fines.
2 houses in myvfriends nieghborhhood have people that constantly park thruout their front yards and such only not doing it when codes officer comes thru to check, the second guy im guessing based off his actions has been reported alot cauae ive seen him park on street normally during business hours and alsi seen him come out around 5 or 6 just to repark his vehicle in the front yard knowing codes officers are gone for the day.
I wish you the best of luck fixing the problem but seems that breaking codes has become a game for alot especially seeing as they dont crack down that hatd ob violaters
