There is a dog being left outside alone for many hours each day. The dog barks the entire time.

I reported this exact same issue last year. Someone from the police department came by and spoke with the dog's owner which rectified the situation. Please send someone again to talk with the dog's owner.

The barking is coming from behind 20 Prospect Street. The dog needs to be kept inside the house! Thank you!
