Pedestrian bridge over I-40 behind Los Altos Park - just south of Lomas & Easterday. Homeless tent camp of 3-5 tents depending on week. I used to run over the pedestrian bridge with my kids in jogging stroller - now fear for their safety. Have seen used condoms & syringes. Children/Families are at Los Altos Skate Park, playground, tennis courts & softball fields - why are vagrants allowed to camp in this area?
