Construction material is in disarray. Buckets of compound are tipped over and pouring out. Litter isn't picked up.
Some of the bricks and piping haven't been touched since 2012.

Is this their dumping ground for unwanted/unused/leftover product? If so there must be a more proper storage option available - away from people, animals, etc...
