Description

This unoccupied house is becoming dilapidated. The owner has been absent for at least 6 years. The sewer backed up into this house several years ago and there is standing water outside by the basement. The curtains in the front have many mold spots. I am concerned for the health of the neighbors and especially for the neighbors with young children. There appear to be wires in the water standing by the house.
