United toilets put toilets in the driveway of St Andrew's Residence at Fern and Flagler too early. It's bad enough the Sunfest occupies the Flagler side of their lot but taking it early was a headache for seniors in this building. It seems to me to be taking advantage of the least powerful people in the area. There are plenty of empty lots downtown that should be used instead of a HUD subsidized property. I think HUD should be notified and see what they have to say about it
