Description

Homeowner is placing items for trash collection in the street rather than at the edge of there yard and it is concerning because some items are large (today it's a basketball hoop) among other things. Also large rocks dug up from a flower bed as the end of the driveway have been placed in the road along the property as well. Dangerous for drives who aren't familiar with the road especially at night when it's dark.
