Description

The weight of the city utility pole (electrical, cable, telephone) in the alley behind my property line has caused the ground around the pole to sink. This depression into the ground collects approximately 4" of water to collect on my property as well as my neighbors. Recommend the city replace the pavement and we split the cost. Or perhaps asphalt can be applied around the pole and on the sidewalk to drain water away from my property?
