Description

There is an uncollared white dog (maybe a small poodle??) that has been roaming the street for months. we believe he belongs to a neighbor but not sure which one. it is dirty with overgrown fur, nails, no collar, looks like the poor dog is severely neglected. sometimes near the 200's addresses. Please get and help this dog!

Please provide decrisption????? A white dog roaming the street!!!!! Is neglect pr abuse???? A dog is ROAMING THE STREET for months, that appears to be neglect to anyobe reasonable. City of Bridgeport does not have an Animal Control Department. It is one person for the whole city. The city does seem to care much about us residents so it is okay to have none of the services that actually need. This city needs at least 25 Animal Control officers on the streets.

Jujo are you serious? that dept is non-staffed? that seems impossible for a city so big. I will have to get a picture of it. I'm pretty sure it is a poodle though.

If you don't believe me call and ask them how many field officers they have on the street og Bridgeport. This city does not care. And we don't care enough to unite against the causes that matter most to us. But. They are still take our tax dollars in the form of salaries and pension and spend them in their clean cities.

Help me? No help the dog. I help and feed the stray cats in Bridgeport. A helping hand for the dog would be repaid a million fold. Reach out and help. It makes for a better city.

If I can grab him, I will. i'll have to see what the hours are for the bpt animal shelter, however. and would they even let me drop him off there?
