Sewer (storm drain in street) at approximately 5641 S. Dorchester is clogged below street level on east side of street (this is not related to the continuing, ongoing, slow draining storm drain at 5617 S. Dorchester). I checked it yesterday for surface debris and there were none, the manhole cover is clear.
