Deskripsyon

Add low level, shielded, star-friendly pedestrian lighting along walkways and near activity centers (tennis courts, parking lot, playgrounds, dogpark, etc.). Improve shielding and automatic shut-off of lights for ball fields and tennis courts.

Great idea. Might help to eliminate nighttime trysts. Children I know have found 3 used condoms around the play structures in the last few weeks. This is a recurring problem at NE Park.
