I've had numerous close calls as the two lanes on Sibley come out from under the train bridge here. There should be a sign on Shepard that says no left turns on to Kellogg if you turn into the far right lane on Sibley. There's clearly a line that indicates traffic shouldn't cut over from the right lane, but people do it constantly. At very minimum there should be a barricade further up the road since it's a blind merge. You can't see vehicles from either lane due to the bridge pylons being in the way.

I sincerely believe it's only a matter of time before there' s a pile up there. It's such a tight space that there's no place to go if something happens. Please see if you can find a way to make this stretch safer.
