Description

The traffic lights on Swan St. between Oak and Pearl streets are terrible. They are timed to back traffic up during rush hour instead of helping it to flow. These signals every block need to be adjusted. It takes me as long to go 4 blocks as it does to get from my home to the Oak St. exit.
