This looks like a 3rd world country but it's a stream of RUNNING water that RUNS into a BIGGER body of water & it's been turned into a dumping ground, from looks of it it's been happening for some time. This is our BEAUTIFUL City & this can not be allowed.. when the City, business's have respect for the grounds around the ppl will as well. Let's put a stop at using Brockton as a DUMPING GROUND!! I'll even devote my time in helping clean this up. PLEASE this is UNACCEPTABLE!!
