The City of East Point is aware of the outage of the lights. East Point Power will conduct an assessment.

The East Point Power Department has accessed these light and have found the street lights on North Commerce south Bound in Duke Property we have (9) lights out due to lightning hit the ballast in them. We are in the process of ordering the new ballast to repair these lights. We are still accessing the lights on North Commerce on the Market place side. We had a storm that came through last Thursday that crews worked all day and night to restore power, so this put us behind doing the assessment. I will Update next week when our complete assessment is done.
