Ditches on our street don't have proper drainage, water sits in our ditch and starts to grow algae and breed bugs/mosquitoes.

The city of Beaumont has recently changed the software it uses to track work requests. Due to the significance of this upgrade, all previous app requests were unable to migrate over and being properly tracked and updated for our citizens.
We are automatically closing this request due to its orphaned state, but we encourage you to reopen a new request IF THE WORK HAS NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED. We apologize for the inconvenience but thank you for understanding as we work hard to improve our city.
