Is this street light out or are you just reporting the tree issue?

As a planned development, the homeowners association has the responsibility for maintenance of all landscaping along the public ways, including shrubs, seasonal plantings, and trees. This would include the trees blocking the streets lights as you have reported.

I am closing this issue since the trees are the HOA's responsibility.
