This is outrageous. I already spoke with Councilmember Kaplan about this pandemic problem. She referred me to Mayor Libby. And therein how the dance goes....

This has already been cleaned up. I was there this afternoon picking up litter from the condos to the Fontaine overcrossing.
Why in the world would you speak to Kaplan? She has never carried about us in East Oakland. She only cares about Uptown.
The only time she voiced an opinion about uswhen she did a last minute grandstand to try and block the Oak Knowll project.

The counsel person for this area is Larry Reid. You would have much better luck contacting him (like I have) rather than Uptown Kaplan.
