Description

Whenever trying to cross Broadway at the Baseline intersection (E-W), a whole light cycle has to go by before the padestrian walk signal will light.
In other words, if I press the button to cross Broadway while cars are going down Broadway, I have to wait for those cars to finish, then for the cars on Baseline to finish, then for the cars on Broadway to finish again if I want to cross with the padestrian light lit.
