Drivers on 9th St N are required to stop. Many drivers on the smaller Daniel street stop unnecessarily. It is time to change this to an official four-way stop intersection. Would be less confusing and safer.

N Daniel St carries more traffic than 9th St N. Between that, the relatively minor collision history, and the lack of sight distance restrictions, there is no demonstrated need to change the control. With impending construction at the intersection, any need for a change should be evaluated after the work is complete.
