The sidewalk on the side of 225 Juniper St. (intersecting with Fornance St.) has half a bag of mulch and a bucket of rocks on the sidewalk that the homeowner has left there for about a week. How hard is it to clean up after yourself when you do yard work? This is not the first time this homeowner has done this either.
