About once to twice a week the seafood packaging plant has a spill or does something that causes a horrendous dead fish smell all around the area. The smell is so bad that you want to violently gag. It the worst right along salt creek. I am sure the other businesses along 3rd street between 14th and 15th Ave South could provide more details.
