Description

On the corner of 10th St. and Buena Vista there is a house that looks as if it is in the process of being renovated. However, it has been sitting in deplorable looking condition for a long time now. Why is this allowed when other properties can't even let weeds grow? In addition it looks as if they are storing heavy equipment as well as a large metal storage container. They need to clean up the mess. I don't want to look at it anymore. This does nothing positive for property values.
