Description

For several weeks vehicle have been left overnight and parked for extended periods during the day in the no parking zone on the east side of W 20th St. I have seen police cars park behind them, I've seen tow trucks roll down the street, but no enforcement action has been taken. I can only conclude that the 'no parking' signs were placed in error. They should be removed so that there is no more confusion.
