Vacant lot, apparently owned by Eagle Joint Ventures, LLC, needs to be held to the same standards as we as homeowners are held to and needs to be addressed regularly and immediately. The infrequency in mowing and the lack of maintenance of the property is not conducive to the standard of our community environment.

your issue was inspected on 4/6/17, and Code Enforcement has identified the owner/manager of Eagle Joint Ventures, LLC. We are currently in the process of filling charges in court and is aware of the recent (2016) history of the maintenance of this lot. Time will be allowed for the court proceedings to take place and any future vegetation violations will be filed directly in court for up to one year.
