The pothole is still not fixed and instead of fixing it the city just made me waste 15 minutes by sending me this that I now have to be responsible to remind the city of its duties, which I shouldn't have to do, and then demanding, which I already have about 100 I have to use, which is impossible without reseting the password every single time, which wastes another 10 ten minutes of my time. Much better system would be for the city to do its job without requiring its citizens to go through all of this to tell the city that it has still not done its job after 91 days. C. Kilmer
