traffic and parking issues developed after Raleigh allowed zoning for a rehabilitation hospital at 3601 Windemere Pl. Raleigh 27604.

The attached photos are an example of the impact dead end street parking has on neighbors.

Traffic issues relate to large delivery trucks AND
weekly Wednesday meetings.

Please contact me to work on a possible solutions.

Please also help me obtain a copy of the CUP Permit so I may see what is and is not permitted.

Were they required to have a trash dumpster? I ask because they are up to 5 cans with issues.
This facility is a hospital, not just a GH. We need assurances they have sharpes removals for needles and biohazard removal.

We have new families with very young children who recently moved to our street entrance at Castlebrook Dr. and we need
transportation solutions to protect them.
