spoke with occupant and he advised that they do use the front yard to back in to turn around, also as overflow parking with guests and friends. Gave a flyer regarding Front Yard Parking. If there is a long term issuance with compliance, we will revisit the address.

The City of Allegan has addressed this issue with the resident and/or property owner and believe the issue is now resolved.
