This is particularly important while the sidewalk is closed closer to the city due to construction and you need to cross here instead of at the light (holden and eastern).

This has been a massive ongoing problem for a long time - cars never stop at these crosswalks. Is it possible to have more permanent signs set up - the ones that are now missing were moved to the side of the road almost immediately after they were installed and I don't think anyone ever saw them. It's really treacherous crossing at this point.

The state needs to work on this intersection. I'd suggest pedestrian bulbs on the corners to narrow down the roadway to slow cars and reduce the distance pedestrians need to cross.

Councilor Anderson is working on a solution to this area. Stay tuned as we go in front of the traffic commission tomorrow night.

This spot is always tough to cross the street. It's needs a crosswalk light. Just like the one at the top of Franklin.
