There should be a "other" issue for construction. There are more issues than noise, working late or working off hours concerning construction. There is also issues with construction worker's personal parking and cement deliveries too.

The trash issue is around the entire work site. I'm sure the walkway on Steuben and Morgan needs cleaning as well, but I don't walk down them regularly. And they need to power wash or sweep the dirt and debris - dry windy days pick up this debris and blow it everywhere. Two shopping carts are also dumped on Marin sidewalks too.

As per Inspector Lipari, the construction site manager was contacted about the recurring litter issue of this site. The site manager will comply, and the inspector will follow up tomorrow 5/17/17 on the status of this issue. Additionally, the inspector will call our dispatch office to have them retrieve the shopping cart. Thank you for your patience.

Can we have a weekly inspection at this site ? I think the Division of Sanitation and other Divisions of JC have had enough complaints about this site to warrant a regular check and fines to this construction company. We have another year to go until this is all completed. We need to set the precedent here, as Steuben-Marin site will go into the construction with the same company.

This has been painful for the residents as well as JC officials.
